Tabs are 5" to 6" higher than the bottom of the swag. Tails are approximately 2" to 3" lower than the swag.

Tabs are 1 ¼" in width. The outer two tabs are placed 6" in from each side of the valance.

Valances 51" wide have two swags. Above 90", valances have three swags. Above 130", there are four swags.
